Sending in Crash Reports on iOS

If you are experiencing a crash with the iOS version of Scrivener, sending in your crash reports in conjunction with detailed instructions on how to trigger the crash can sometimes help us narrow down the source of the problem. The following instructions will help you access crash logs on your device:

1. Open the iOS Settings app.
   
2. Tap on Privacy.
   
3. Under Privacy, tap on Analytics ("Diagnostics & Usage" on systems older than iOS 12).
   
4. Tap on Analytics Data ("Diagnostics & Usage Data" on systems older than iOS 12).
   
5. Look through the list for anything related to Scrivener. Look for reports that have datestamps around the time of the crash and tap on one.
   
6. Tap on the Share button in the top right corner to send your report, along with your reproduction notes, to ios.support@literatureandlatte.com.
