Is telephone support available?
As with many small software companies, we are unable to offer telephone support owing to the small size of the team at Literature & Latte. We would need to increase the price of the software significantly to support a dedicated telephone support line and team.
However, we do provide complimentary technical support to our customers for the life of the product via email and our public forums. We answer all email enquiries as soon as possible, and we will always do our best to resolve any problems you have. The advantage of email support is that you always reach someone intimate with our software, and particularly thorny questions can be escalated to the developers.
While you're waiting for a response from our support team, please have a look through our Knowledge Base for answers to frequently asked questions, and make use of the tools available from the Help menu within the software. This includes the User Manual (also available to download) and our video tutorials, as well as an Interactive Tutorial project for Scrivener users.
