[SCREENWRITING] Auto-Complete mixed caps

If you enter a character name or scene heading location in mixed or lower case, Auto-Complete will offer it later in mixed case, instead of upper case. Character names and scene headings are always in all caps, so Auto-Complete should present them that way.

    This is intended behaviour. Character names are added to the auto-complete list in regular case so that they can be used anywhere, but they will become uppercase when they are completed in a character line, of course. This is how it's always been (in 2.x too).
