I haven't noted where though. I have however in some cases tried to come up with shorter translations.
Some changes can seem small, but change the meaning of something entirely. For example "Verrouiller l'inspecteur dans l'éditeur" = "Verrouiller l'inspecteur sur l'éditeur"
I surely haven't seen all the alert windows.
You should do a French Scrivener-wide find and replace of all the instances where "inspecteur" is written with a uppercase letter (and not in the beginning of a sentence) to lowercase it.
Also, if possible, you should replace all the "dumb" apostrophes : < ' > with the "elegant" one : < ’ >. Same thing with the quotes : « » but I figure it won't be possible, because the two quotes are different and require a non-breaking space after the opening quote and before the closing one.
Finally you should check the ways inline footnotes are translated to. Sometimes it's "note de bas de page en ligne" and it should be "note de bas de page sur la ligne".

I think I'm done now. Phew. I look forward to seeing all these changes in a coming beta. And actually do some writing ;)

DGtag:scrivener.tenderapp.com,2011-11-17:Comment/435982242017-11-13T15:00:53Z2017-11-13T15:00:53ZTranslation Feedback - French

Please find the import file for French attached based on the feedback. I will go back to that anomaly list before the first update. I know why I can't find them now, a lot of them will be partial strings which I have now discovered with yesterday's batch.

Keith can I leave you to look at the final notes:

I will pass this onto Keith.

In the string files I see 'Registre' under main menu, are you suggesting we change it to 'Activer'.

Martintag:scrivener.tenderapp.com,2011-11-17:Comment/435982242017-11-27T16:28:45Z2017-11-27T16:28:45ZTranslation Feedback - French

Yes, absolutely.

DG
